Returns

We offer a 30-day return window, giving you ample time to decide after receiving your item. If you wish to return your purchase, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in pristine condition—unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and Issues

We take great care to ensure that every item we send is flawless. However, if upon receiving your order you find that an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us immediately. We will evaluate the situation and make it right with utmost urgency.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for something else, we recommend returning the original item first. Once your return is approved, you may place a separate order for the new item. This process ensures you receive the perfect item without delay.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. During this period, you may return the item without providing any reason, as long as the item is in the same condition it was received—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
